Build an example of the RFR sampling workflow without issuing a live respondent link. For production we will preserve project IDs, supplier IDs, end-page mappings and single/unique link allocation from the original gateway.
Unique mode in RFR requires a loaded, unassigned pool of validated client survey URLs and one-link-per-respondent allocation. Those controls are not activated in this preview.
